Any plants requiring an exchange or refund will be at the discrepancy of Diaco's Discount Nursery. Improper planting conditions, exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions or inappropriate watering will void any guarantee.

Garden supplies such as sands, soils, stones and timbers naturally vary in colour, texture and density. Diaco's Discount Nursery and Garden Supplies cannot guarantee against such variations.

Delivery services offered by Diaco's Discount Nursery and Garden Supplies will only deliver to the curbside of the delivery address and are not permitted to enter customer properties with delivery items. Any damages incurred past this point will be at the expense of the customer.

All estimates and quotes issued by Diaco's Discount Nursery and Garden Supplies are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

All goods remain the property of Diaco's Discount Nursery and Garden Supplies until payment is fully received.
