Evergreen tree with white flowers in summer followed by rounded yellow to green skinned fruits with white flesh. Fruit can be eaten off the tree, poached, used in jams and pastes and in salads and desserts.
Likes full sun to part shade. Plant in rich, well drained soil in a protected area or in a large pot using premium potting mix. Feed once a year in spring with a slow release fertiliser and keep soil moist for best results.
Mulching around the base of the plant is recommended.
