Description
A compact, slow-growing tropical fruit tree producing round, yellow-skinned guavas with sweet, aromatic white flesh. The fruit is good fresh, in jams, and in juices. White flowers appear in late spring. A natural source of vitamin C.
Grows to around 3m. Plant in a warm, sheltered position in full sun with well-drained soil. Protect from heavy frost — in colder Melbourne areas, grow in a pot that can be moved under cover. Water regularly while fruit is developing.
